Plymouth-based creative agencies, Just Enough Brave and Altitude Design, are excited to announce the launch of The Good Business Fund 2024.
Following last year’s success, The Good Business Fund will once again offer up to £15,000 worth of free creative and digital consultancy time to a deserving applicant. This initiative is their way of championing environmental sustainability and social value, supporting organisations that share our vision of creating a better world.
Why return for a second year? Because the first year was a genuine success. The consensus among the two businesses teams was simple: Why stop now? Let’s keep it going.
In 2023, the project received an overwhelming number of applications, which were narrowed down to three winners: Memory Matters, a Plymouth-based CIC, Sal’s Shoes, founded by Camilla Bowry, and Sea Changers, a UK marine conservation charity.
The project significantly supported these organisations, providing them with resources they might not have otherwise been able to afford. It helped elevate their operations and prepared them for future growth.
For 2024, applicants are once again invited to apply in no more than 350 words via this link: The Good Business Fund. They will need to explain why their organisation should be chosen and how the fund will help shape their future.
Applications close at 6:00 p.m. on Monday 18th November. Reviews will take place over the following three weeks. The fund benefactors will be contacted in early December.
Commenting on the launch, Dave Smith from Just Enough Brave and Miles Noble from Altitude Design said:
“Last year’s project was an incredible success—from the response from applicants to the announcement of the winners and the impactful project work that followed. It makes perfect sense to return for another year, and we’re hoping even more people apply and benefit as much as Memory Matters, Sea Changers, and Sal’s Shoes did last year.”
