Next Generation Nursing and Care are a recruitment agency specialising within the care sector. The business was formed in 2003 when the owners identified the need for a more compassionate recruitment offer. That focus has borne fruit with a loyal team that between them have over 25 years of combined experience. Their unrivalled track record has meant that they have built up their reputation as a business that consistently delivers an unparalleled level of care excellence.
Forging a new direction
Combine this with their commitment to their community of carers and patients and you have a very special business indeed. And so Next Generation came to us because after 14 years of successful trading they realised that they needed to grow their brand awareness. The first task in this long journey was to finally articulate their vision, values and purpose more succinctly.
Firstly we interviewed carers and clients to gather a 'world-view' of Next Generation as a brand. This collected some fascinating insights and played a big part in helping inform stakeholders of their brands perception in the market.

Defining a content strategy
The subsequent workshop collating all our insights proved extremely productive and we were very quickly able to define a sophisticated content strategy for the business. The results of our work can be found coursing through the new brand’s brand identity and content.
The next stage was to develop an identity and visual language that better communicated the compassionate nature of the Next Generation offer. From the 'double heart N' logomark to the use of illustration in partnership with photography we created a look and feel that ensured that the brand feels truly inclusive and accessible in its sector. Last but not least we developed a new website focussed on selling the brand and showcasing any job positions available.
The new identity and web presence has injected the marketing team with a renewed energy to promote themselves and as such Next Generation Care has gone on to win the Bronze Award for Employer of the Year in the Outstanding Care Awards. Congratulations to everyone at Next Generation Nursing and Care.
