The Lettings Company in Plymouth has seen rapid growth since their inception in 2013. Their student lettings business has grown particularly swiftly and saw them decide to move to the heart of student community on North Hill in 2015. With such a focus on student accommodation, it did though start to become evident that many of their target market weren’t certain they could help them. The Managing Director took the bold step to rename and rebrand the business as Student Life. Once again Just Enough Brave stepped in to accept the challenge and deliver a brand that would resonate with their targets.

The Just Enough Brave team have created a striking identity and visual language that contains a sophisticated toolbox of contemporary colours, hand-crafted fonts, photography and graphic assets, which are all easily adapted to any number of media channels. We've gone on to apply the identity to a number of key deliverables ranging from the high impact shop signage through to a bespoke property search website and uniforms. The new brand's presence on the high street is a confident and vibrant upgrade.
The striking shop front certainly seems to be delivering results with the team noting they've seen increased footfall to the shop plus they've also eliminated the perception that they were only a residential lettings agency in one fail swoop! Job done.
