Building a brand fit for the job

The Challenge

External wall insulation (EWI) is playing a major role in overhauling the energy efficiency of Britain’s residential and commercial properties. With the growth of this sector it became clear that these new EWI installers would need somewhere to source
their specialist materials and tools. It is off the back of this realisation that three Swindon based entrepreneurs decided to
form their new business.

We are delighted we involved Dave and his team at the very start of Amaroc. His energy and experience played a big part in helping the brand ‘hit the ground running’. He continues to be a close partner and are our first port of call with any new marketing and design challenges.

The Solution

Dave and his team were involved with the team from the outset of the business idea. Indeed when they first came to see us, they didn’t even have a business name! We worked closely with the team to create the unique and memorable brand name, Amaroc. From there the work led naturally to the creation of the identity that has been designed to appeal directly to the construction sector. Strong, confident and striking the Amaroc identity demands attention and the subsequently developed responsive e-commerce website follows very much in the same vein, marking a distinctly refreshing departure from the big players such as Jewsons or Screwfix.

The Results

The Amaroc brand has made an instant impact within the sector. With a combination of high-quality products and excellent service they have seen rapid growth to their e-commerce and showroom sales since 2013. They now employ six staff and have ambitious plans for growth in 2016.
